WHO WE ARE
Small on purpose.
Jesser Construction is a residential contractor working out of Iroquois. We stay small enough that the person who walks your job is the person who builds it, and small enough to say no when a job is not ours.
Around here a bad roof gets talked about at the co-op for ten years. That is a better quality-control system than any review site.

You talk to the person holding the tape measure, not a coordinator who relays it.
One job at a time, mostly
We would rather finish yours than start three. It is why the schedule is honest.
Trades we have used for years
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are subbed — to the same people, every time, scheduled by us.
We answer our own phone
No service, no queue. If we miss it we are on a roof, and we ring back.

Commercial ground-up
Schools, banks, shops. Different bonding, different crew.
Concrete flatwork
We sub every slab and driveway to a finisher who does it daily.
Well and septic
Licensed specialty work. We coordinate it, we do not dig it.
Emergency-only repairs
If it is a patch on a roof we did not build, we will point you somewhere faster.
